Andrew is a writer, editor, researcher, and analyst, currently located in Portland, Oregon. 

He holds a B.A. in history and English literature from Covenant College, an M.S. in political science from Portland State University, and has lived and worked in England, South Sudan, Uganda, and India. 

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys trail running, mountaineering, reading widely, and writing fiction.
